Ariel Pawlik-Zwiebel is a 17-year-old violinist from Moraga, California and a student of Eugene Chukhlov. Recent concerts include a co-production of the San Francisco International Piano Festival with Noontime Concerts, public recitals in Phoenix, San Rafael, Pleasanton, and Walnut Creek, and an upcoming tour of Germany and Switzerland. Pawlik-Zwiebel toured Japan as Concertmaster of the Young People’s Symphony Orchestra (YPSO) and in 2024, was Concertmaster of the Festival Orchestra at the Bay Area Youth Orchestra Festival in Davies Hall. An avid chamber musician, he plays with the Young Chamber Musicians program, has twice attended the Bowdoin Festival, played with the San Domenico Virtuoso program, and performed at the Metropolitan Theatre in Tokyo with the YPSO chamber program. He has won top prizes in numerous competitions and as Co-chair of the Contra Costa Performing Arts Society Student Chapter, ran a student concert series from 2022–2024.
