VIP and Subscriber Priority

Members of the Bach Circle ($1,000) and above receive VIP priority access to tickets for in-person performances.

How to Watch Livestream Performances

All Prelude Performances, Koret Young Performers Concerts, master classes and Café Conversations are streamed free online here. Concert Program (paid) livestream performance links will be emailed to livestream ticket buyers in advance of the performance, and are be available on demand for one week following the premiere.

Ticket Returns, Exchanges, and Donations

We welcome ticket returns for a credit, exchange, or donation. You may return your ticket up to 24 hours prior to the premiere of an online performance for a ticket credit (to be used within the same season), an immediate exchange, or a tax-deductible donation. There is never a fee to donate your ticket. All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. We cannot refund tickets except in the case of a cancelled event.

Ticket Reservations for Prelude Performances and Koret Young Performers Concerts

Prelude Performances and Koret Young Performers Concerts will be livestreamed, free of charge, on the Music@Menlo website. In-person ticket reservations for these performances may be made online or by calling the box office on the day of the event starting at 9:00 a.m. Tickets not picked up fifteen minutes before the performance will be released.

What to Expect

There is no official dress code for our performances – we ask that you show up however you are most comfortable! Our three venues are air-conditioned and have accessible seating.

We do not allow personal photos or videos to be taken during events and ask that phones or other mobile devices be put away and placed on silent mode

Venue Information

Will call and on-site ticket services at each venue open one hour prior to the start of any ticketed event. Tickets for all Music@Menlo paid events may be ordered at on-site ticket services, if they are available. Doors open approximately twenty-five minutes before the start time of each event. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager at an appropriate interval in the program. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the performance venues. During the summer festival, concessions are generally available for purchase outside of the concert halls. Please turn off cell phones, pagers, watch alarms, personal organizers, and all sound-emitting devices prior to the start of all events. Photography and recording of any kind are prohibited.

Event Policies

Children must be at least seven years of age and able to sit quietly throughout a full performance to attend paid concerts and Encounters.

As Music@Menlo works to enhance the community through music, we also strive to practice environmental responsibility. Please join our efforts in being a more eco-friendly organization. Reuuse your program book throughout the festival and dispose of recyclable and compostable waste in the bins provided on campus. When purchasing concert tickets, please consider the ‘Email’ option to receive a QR code with your digital tickets, which means you can skip the will call table and head straight to the hall!

Welcome Center

Music@Menlo’s Welcome Center serves as a place for artists, students, audiences, and festival guests to connect during the festival. Visitors to the Welcome Center can purchase concert tickets and get information about the festival’s many offerings and events. Located on the Menlo School campus, the Welcome Center is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. throughout the festival.
